Well it’s that time of the year again when we let you know what we have achieved in last year. 2019 has been a big year for Eusoft!
Not only have we been able to work on some great projects, we also received an important recognition this year, i.e. the ISO 27001 certification. ISO 27001 is a part of the ISO 27000 family of standards, which are all related to information security. ISO 27001 requires a company to have an information security management system, which means having a documented process for managing sensitive company information, HR processes, and IT systems. The path to certification took place with the close involvement of all employees, who were actively prepared for their tasks and duties within the framework of ISO 27001 in several training courses to be enabled to actively use these on a daily basis.
In 2019 we have reorganized our operating department and this has allowed us to further improve our efficiency and the degree of satisfaction of our customers. This is one of the reasons why the number of our international customers has grown by 30%.
Also in 2019 we have made available to you a series of resources like Webinars, White Papers and Case studies to improve your user experience and knowledge of LIMS and Laboratory Informatics.
At the end of the year we met you in Birmingham, at Lab Innovations, the UK’s largest annual trade exhibition dedicated to the entire laboratory industry. It was a pleasure having you with us and showing you the advanced features of our Eusoft.Lab SaaS LIMS.
Of course, as developers we live in the future. It’s not that we are not interested in the work we have done before. It’s just we are so focused on what we haven’t done yet…
On the road to success, the rule is always to look ahead.
